Financial Wealth Holdings, a dynamic Registered Financial Services Provider, is seeking to hire a Junior Marketing Specialist to join their Human Resources Team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Description:

• Create and edit content using Adobe Photoshop for stories and reels
• Develop and execute content plans
• Hands-on experience in content and community management
• Manage influencers and collaborations
• Proven work experience as a social media manager
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Familiarity with online marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintain the company’s brand image to achieve marketing goals
• Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
• Oversee and manage social media accounts
• Design and implement social media strategies with specific objectives
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Track and analyze the performance of social content and accounts
• Support the development and implementation of marketing programs
• Assist in conceptualizing advertising materials and executing campaigns on various social media platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions

Qualifications:

• Matric NQF 4 (Secondary School Certificate)
• Post-matric qualification in advertising, business administration, marketing, communication studies, media studies, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media campaigns
• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
• South African citizenship required
• Diploma in a relevant field is preferred
